What is No Bad Days Coaching?
We have both online and in person programs for women who are coachable and striving to be their best in all walks of their life. Most women come to No Bad Days because they want to lose weight. Jolene, your coach is very motivated to help you accomplish any goal you have but she believes that the goal must not leave out important holistic aspects around change. All of her programs offer support around these foundational principles (Spirituality, Intellect, Mental, Physical, Love/Relationships and Eating healthier). If you live near Spokane Jolene likes to start your consultation with an InBody scan. This allows her to look at body composition as well as cellular health and inflammation. This 30 min to 1 hour meeting allows her time to devise a plan of action for your goal. Jolene writes meal plans and has her own app and Facebook coaching group for monthly online members. In these online coaching groups women are supported with weekly live coaching calls and access to her No Bad Days app that offers a nutrition plan as well as 37 monthly workouts.

Who does No Bad Days Serve?
Our online programs serve ladies ages 18 and over. Personal coaching, meal planning and InBody are for everyone. Jolene Fisher, our health and nutrition coach has 20 years in the industry of exercise science, athletic training and nutrition studies. She can help you with your goals but you must be coachable and ready for a change! Fat loss is her specialty, using easy plans anyone can follow.

Why does No Bad Days exist?
We understand that people are going to have “bad days” from time to time. But we believe that it’s the perspective and what we learn from everyone and everything that gives us the right to live in freedom from bad days. The No Bad Days lifestyle is about believing in yourself and being free from strongholds and past hurts so that you can live out the life that was designed for you. We have developed programming online and individualized coaching to help you succeed long term. We believe lasting change isn’t an event it’s a process. Jolene's programs will take you beyond fad diets and other websites that offer short term “challenges”. We aren’t into quick fixes but lifelong strategies for loving yourself so that you can live in freedom with the body you desire.

Jolene Fisher Institute of Integrative Nutrition, Bachelors of Science Athletic Training, Certified Athletic Trainer, Bachelors of Science Exercise Science, Masters of Science Exercise ScienceI’m a mother of 3 and a happily married wife. I live in Spokane, WA and graduated from Eastern Washington University with a Master’s degree in Sports Medicine and Exercise Science. After graduation I taught in higher education for 12 years in Health Sciences. During that time I became passionate about a career in the health and wellness industry and decided it was time to start my own Health Coaching practice. I quit my job and pursued a year long education with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and soon after graduation I opened No Bad Days. I’m the sole owner and operator, and enjoy working with motivated individuals who are ready for big changes in their life. I’m excellent at listening to the needs of my clients and understanding where they need to be pushed. I provide customization when you work with me one on one or join us in a group coaching format where you will get all my secrets in one place with the support of other women doing this with you.
