Debbie is the best cranio-sacral therapist I have had the pleasure of visiting. As a Chiropractor of over 40 years, I look hard to find great practitioners to refer my patients to, and Debbie is my latest tremendous find. She has a healing touch and an ability to listen to the body that is extraordinary.

A session with Debbie is a truly amazing experience. I have had the benefit of Cranial Sacral and Polarity therapy and she is a master of both. She is strong and gentle and has an ability to discover and release tension in ways that leave you feeling rejuvenated. I am looking forward to my next session with her and my hope is that you too will discover the benefits of a session with her.

Debbie Hart Registered Polarity Practitioner (RPP), Registered Polarity Educator (RPE), Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)Welcome! Born & raised in Western Montana I have been offering healing touch since I was a young child desiring to help family feel better. First trained officially in Reiki while living in Missoula, MT. Life later took me to Arizona in the winter months where I worked as an Activity Director at an RV Resort. While attending a Changing Careers class, I created a vision plan to be part of a healing community. One year later I began training at Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe, AZ. . . . and an amazing journey into a new world of exploration began. I received my AZ Massage License in 2005 with the focus of studies being on my new found passion of energy-based bodywork therapies. By 2007 I had completed a Polarity Teacher Training program through Life Institute out of Topanga, California. I begin teaching at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in the Polarity and Cranial Sacral Unwinding program. I supervised the Specialty Clinic for students, taught each of the classes in the 200 hour Associate Polarity Practitioners program, assisted the Program director, Gary Strauss, in managing the program and also taught several classes in the advanced 700 hour Registered Polarity Practitioner program. Polarity Therapy is based on ancient wisdom of ayurveda brought to the USA by Dr. Randolph Stone, DO, DC, ND. and includes bodywork, polarity yoga, communication skills, and living elementally. Cranial Sacral therapy is a light touch therapy that has evolved out of Cranial Osteopathy. Dr. John Upledger was instrumental in bringing this work to massage therapists, occupational and physical therapists. My training incorporates a variety of theories and application due to my opportunities to study with instructors trained by Franklyn Sills, Hugh Milne and Dr. Upledger and others. I currently continuing to enhance my abilities and understanding by an in depth, ongoing study through the Upledger Institute.
