Core Pelvic Physical Therapy is a specialty clinic serving clients with pain and dysfunction within their core (abdomen) and pelvic floor (anything between your legs). The setting is designed for comfort of the client and for privacy to discuss very personal and sometimes embarrassing topics. I am one of the only providers within a 100 mile radius of Spokane that have a Board Certification in Women's Health/ Pelvic Floor. A doctors referral is required in order for insurance to cover the visits but a simple phone call can normally get to process started.

Julia Salazar Board Certified in Women's Health/ Pelvic FloorI am wife, mom to 3 energetic and lively boys, and owner of Core Pelvic Physical Therapy. I am a MT native but first came to Spokane for Physical Therapy School at Eastern Washington University. I met my husband in Spokane who was stationed at Fairchild AFB. We then moved to Sacramento CA where we lived for 5 yrs and had 2 of our 3 boys. This is also where I was able to explore and immerse myself into pelvic floor physical therapy. I worked at a specialty clinic serving people with pelvic floor dysfunction and developed a passion for treating this population. I became a PT to help others and once I saw the immense need for pelvic floor PTs and huge impact it had on the lives of my clients I was hooked! I have since devoted all of my time, energy, and continuing education on pelvic floor dysfunction treatments and current research. In 2017 I became Board Certified in Women's Health/ Pelvic Floor through the American Physical Therapy Association. My dream has been to bring the same quality of care to the people of Spokane as I witnessed in the specialty clinic in Sacramento CA. In 2019 I started to put my dream into reality when I opened Core Pelvic Physical Therapy.
